- Our Customer Support is available 24/7/365 but from 2am till 7am PK Time, only Sales & Billing team is available on live chat. Technical Team is also available but only on tickets with a promise to respond back with in next 2-4 hours.
Note: We are training our new team. Possibly this issue will be resolved by the mid of December.
