Level III Tech Support Agent (10 Positions)
If you possess a profound enthusiasm for web hosting and are seeking a career with boundless potential, we cordially invite you to engage with us. We are continually in search of Level III support specialists to enhance our roster of dedicated professionals, contributing their expertise to our Help Desk, Live Chat, and Phone System. Responsibilities
- Help customers the way you’d like to be helped.
- Work 8-hour shifts handling technical support tickets, chatting with customers online, and taking phone calls.
- Be good at juggling tasks in a busy environment.
- Stay in close touch with your team members.
Qualifications
- You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in web hosting.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field would be great (Preffered on Priority).
- If you’re certified in cPanel, that’s a plus (Preffered on Priority).
- Being a RedHat Linux Certified pro would be awesome (Preffered on Priority).
Expected Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 with really good bonuses and performance based commissions.

Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing relationships with affiliate partners
- Communicate daily through Zoom, Skype, and other online mediums
- Write weekly newsletters/program updates/blog posts
- Handle incoming affiliate application approvals
