In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to submit a support ticket.

1) Sign in to the your Hostingli Account.

 

2) Click the fourth box labelled "Tickets".



 
3) Click on "Submit a Ticket" and then choose the department where you need help.

In this example, we are going to click Technical Support
 


 
4) Fill out the fields and click "Submit".

A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue.
